CAEM's Education and Outreach Organization (CAEM-EOO pronounced like cameo) is our public relations vehicle. It involves our speakers bureau, conference organization, media outreach, training, and publications.
CAEM seeks to develop and pool intellectual capital for market-oriented solutions to restructured energy markets, both wholesale and retail. We seek to be as inclusive as possible, involving the public and private sectors, so that its projects, events, and studies have broad participation, scope, and impact.
In addition to our industry-wide events and projects, CAEM conducts in-house workshops, training, and strategic meetings that discuss trends, achievements, setbacks, current issues, lessons learned, and what needs to be done to move competition forward, as well as summarizing recent CAEM studies (consumer benefits of competition, default provider service, the RED Index, resource adequacy, and most recently studies on transmission and distribution).
CAEM is also available for keynote presentations at conferences and meetings.
