Session 5:
Planning a Course of Action

Attendees and discussion leaders will attempt to further refine topics and fine-tune recommendations into consensus statements and a course of action relating to plans for advocates of competitive energy markets to accelerate and coordinate their efforts. Attendees will be divided into breakout rooms as they attempt to further focus on planned action for: vision, policy, strategy, leadership, organization, resources, and outreach and persuasion.
